GENERAL NOTARY QUESTIONS

You will need the document(s) requiring notarization and a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Ensure all signers are present and that your document is unsigned until the notary instructs otherwise.

Acceptable IDs include a state-issued driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, military ID, or permanent resident card. The ID must be current or issued within the past five years.

Yes! All parties who need to sign the document must be present with valid ID at the time of notarization.

I do not currently provide witnesses. If your document requires a witness, please arrange for one to be present at the appointment.

Yes! I carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, which helps protect both myself and my clients in the event of an unintentional mistake. This coverage ensures professionalism, accountability, and peace of mind for every notarization.
PRICING & FEES

General notary services start at $30, which includes up to 3 stamps (up to 4 for real estate documents). Additional signatures/stamps may incur an extra fee.

Travel fees are based on location:
Mableton addresses: included in fee
Marietta addresses: +$10
Atlanta addresses: +$20

Yes! The base price includes up to 3 stamps (up to 4 stamps for real estate documents). Additional stamps are subject to a fee, which will be discussed before notarization.

Yes! Appointments scheduled between 5PM and 9PM as well as on Saturdays and Sundays require an additional after-hours/weekend fee. This fee will be displayed when booking your appointment.

Yes, based on availability! If you need urgent notarization, please contact me before booking to confirm availability and any applicable rush fees.

Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
NOTARIZATION REQUIREMENTS

Yes, as long as the document is complete and the signer understands its contents. However, I must complete the notarization certificate in English.

Yes, but the minor’s parent or legal guardian must be present with valid ID, and the minor must be old enough to sign the document themselves.

No! At this time, I only provide in-person, paper-based notarization.
